The blueprint for RAY's right arm, was uploaded to the site on June 17, 2012. This arm was originally seen on RAY in Metal Gear Solid 2 and used in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, but it was redesigned for Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain. The blueprint depicts an upside-down version of the KA-120 Codec ID (KA-119), which leads to RAY's arm. It also mentions that the data is from Raiden's arm, but it's no longer his arm due to Raiden's arm being destroyed.

In November 2014, an updated version of the BPLA passcode was uploaded to the site, which leads to a new RAY arm that looks similar to the one from Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain, but with a new smaller drill at the end. It also mentions that the arm is from Raiden's arm, as opposed to being from his original arm.

A similar blueprint of RAY's left arm was uploaded to the site on August 9, 2012, which was also using a new arm with blueprints that were new to the blueprint list. It mentions the RAY system from Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, but with a Codec ID referencing KA-119 (see the image below). One of the arms also includes a new limb with a small drill at the end of it. This drill can be used by activating it.

In April 2015, another version of the BPLA passcode was uploaded to the site, which leads to a RAY arm that is similar to the one from Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain, but with a new KA-120 Codec ID on it. The arm's drill was also updated to be smaller.

After the demo was released, Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima suggested on Twitter that he could have made the demo a bit longer, going on to state that he had considered delaying its release until the next E3, and that the reason he couldn't go through with that is because he wanted to keep the demo a secret.
